Where Have I Been?

If anyone still reads this blog, they will know that I have not posted anything in a while, probably well over a year or so. At any rate, the reason for this post is two-fold.
One: Where have I been? The answer to that question is that I have been where I have always been, right here, not doing much. I stopped posting a while back because I got discouraged with the comments I was getting. No, not rude, or critical comments, but instead SPAM. Sometimes cleverly disguised as a comment. I thought about turning off the comments all together, but did not want to make anyone feel bad if they wanted to make a comment. It was my hope that this could be an open discussion about what I was interested in, instead, it became a SPAM campaign against one person, me.
Lately, I have been having enough of it. I still get SPAM comments even though I have not posted anything in quite a long time so finally, I flipped the switch. There are no more comments on this blog for the forseeable future. I am truly sorry to anyone out there who has posted comments that did not get published. Your input is greatly appreciated even if it is not seen.
Two: What have I been doing? Lately, I found a new hobby that has been taking up a great deal of time and that is making guitars. I am almost finished with number three and it has been a great joy for me to do. I love learning new things about it and seeing how much I improve from one guitar to the next. Hopefully, at some point in time, I can post some information and pictures of the guitars. For now, it is a work in progress.
